Notice is hereby given to all financial members of Fencing New Zealand that the Annual General Meeting for 2017 will be held on Sunday 25 February 2018 commencing at 7.00pm via skype from a location in each region to be advised.
Vacancies There are two vacancies for Board members for which nominations are sought: President - for a term of 2 (two) years Secretary General - for a term of 4 (four) years. Nominations must be in writing and shall show the names, addresses and signatures of the candidate, proposer and seconder, all of whom must be financial financial members of FeNZ. Each nomination must be accompanied by brief background notes limited to not more than 200 words on the nominee and specifically a history of their involvement in FeNZ.
Notices of Motion, General Business Notices of motion must be submitted in writing, clearly identifying the name and signature of the person submitting a Notice of Motion and the seconder of the motion, both of whom must be financial members of FeNZ and may include a brief (max 200 words) explanatory note if needed.
Items of General Business must be in writing, clearly identifying the author who must be a financial member of FeNZ
All nominations, notices of motion and items of general business must be received by the Secretary General no later than 22 December 2017 to secretary@fencing.org.nz or to P O Box 28 - 056, Wellington 6012.
