Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Fencing New Zealand will be held on Saturday 12 February 2011. Location: The Office Cafe and Bar, 124 Riddiford St, Newtown, Wellington Time: 4pm
Notices of motion for consideration at the meeting must be sent to the Secretary General at email@example.com by Friday 4 February 2011.
Nominations for office holder positions and for Selector/s should also be sent to the Secretary General at firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 4 February 2011.
When nominating people for positions, please ensure that there is a seconder for the nomination, and that the nomination is signed by the nominator, the seconder and the person being nominated. Nominees should include a brief bio and statement on why you feel you would be suitable for the position.
Positions for which nominations are sought are:
Patron President Secretary General Treasurer Selector/s
Copies of the agenda, including any notices of motion and nominations will be circulated prior to the meeting.
All those who were financial members of Fencing New Zealand for the year 20010/11 are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting.
There will be an informal dinner afterwards to which ALL fencers, families, partners, coaches, officials, etc are invited.
