To support the implementation of our National Development Programme for Under 15, Cadet and Junior fencers, FeNZ is proposing to establish roles for a Programme Director, an Operations Manager and Partnerships Manager.
We need to await the outcome of our initial grant applications before finalising organisational arrangements and calling for applications for these roles. In the meantime, however, we want to ensure potential candidates are aware of our interest in establishing these positions - should we secure sufficient funding to do so - and address any initial queries you may have.
The Programme Director will oversee the establishment and implementation of the programme in return for an annual honorarium. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day delivery of programme administration and support services. This would be a part-time paid position. The Partnerships Manager will take the lead on fundraising and seeking sponsorship support. This is an unpaid voluntary position.
